Mont Care (Pty) Ltd is a home-based care company and nursing and staffing solutions provider serving clients in South Africa’s private sector. We strive to be the preferred nursing-staff and home-based care service provider for the families and organisations we serve.
We provide care for older people and clients with special needs in the safety and comfort of their own homes. Our aim is to make everyday life more manageable while helping each person feel respected, comfortable and connected to the people around them.
We work with clients and their families to develop individual care plans. From assistance with daily activities to more involved care requirements, our services are arranged around each client’s level of need.

We are a home-based care company providing care for the aged in the safety, comfort and familiarity of their own homes. We work hand in hand with our clients and their families to develop an individualised care plan based on each client’s unique needs and level of care required.
Our clients receive care from competent, professional and dedicated carers who are committed to providing quality care with dignity, compassion and respect.
Our passion for our clients is reflected in the support we provide to our staff. We continuously encourage the development of their skills while ensuring that they are treated with the same dignity and respect that they extend to those in their care.

The right people for each care arrangement
Every caregiver is vetted before selection and placement. We consider the client’s care requirements and the caregiver’s suitability for the role, as well as language preferences, lifestyle and the household’s routine.
Our home-care team includes care workers and enrolled nursing assistants. Care workers are trained to provide personal assistance and companionship; they do not hold the same formal nursing qualifications as qualified nurses. Nursing duties are matched to personnel with the appropriate qualifications and professional scope.
Mont Care also recruits and places registered nursing staff and care workers for temporary and permanent staffing requirements in private-sector institutions. Contact us to discuss the personnel and level of support required.

Our commitment to clients includes supporting the people who care for them. We help develop our staff’s skills and treat them with dignity and respect so they can provide competent, professional support.
Mont Care manages and supervises the caregivers employed through the agency. We also take responsibility for the employment relationship and labour relations management associated with this outsourced service.
